Return & Exchange Policy

No Return & No Exchange Policy

All products sold are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exception

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is expired upon delivery

In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product showing the expiry date

Resolution

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on availability

Important Notes

  • Claims made after the stated period may not be accepted

  • Products must not be intentionally damaged or tampered with

  • We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions above
